By ordering products through the Website, you agree to be bound by and accept the Terms in effect at the time of purchase. Product Pricing and Availability
Prices, taxes and shipping and handling fees are shown in British pounds and are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. Promotional coupon codes may be offered from time to time and may be included prior to finalizing your order.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards are accepted by Ceylon Teabox. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card can not be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
It may take up to seven (7) business days for an order to process. Shipping costs will be charged as a separate line item and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. Shipping time for delivery may vary via the Royal Mail Service;you should allow five (5) to eight (8) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped.
Returns, Refunds and Corrections
Your sole remedy in the case of receiving a product offered by Ceylon Teabox that does not conform to its description on the Website is to receive a refund. In the event of an error whether on the Website or at any stage of the ordering or delivery process, Ceylon Teabox reserves the right to (i) cancel the order and refund any amount charged or (ii) correct order errors and revise your order accordingly.

Additionally, all weights and size dimensions are approximate.
